Our servers automatically log the IP address of our users, the type of operating system and browser they use and some other information. We use this information exclusively in aggregated and processed form, in order to correct any errors in our services, to improve their quality and for statistical purposes.
About the use of cookies
Some of our services place a unique identifier, a so-called cookie, on the computer of our users. A cookie is a package of information with variable content sent by the web server, which is stored on the user's computer and makes it possible to retrieve certain data. Cookies serve exclusively to make the authentication of users easier (e.g. login, basket, viewed products). Rights of access, rectification and erasure
The User may request information about the processing of their personal data at any time. At the User's request the Data Controller provides information about the processed data, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name and address (registered seat) of the data processor and its activity related to the processing, and about who has received or receives the data and for what purpose. The information is provided in writing within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than within 30 days. The request must be sent to the customer service e-mail address of the Data Controller.
The erasure or rectification of data may be initiated at any time using the functions provided for this purpose (e.g. deleting a registration, unsubscribing from the newsletter, modifying data), or by sending such a request to the e-mail address of our customer service.
Stored data not used by the client (e.g. data provided for login) that is not necessary for keeping in touch with the client or for handling any warranty or guarantee matters is deleted after a maximum of 3 years.

In the event of an infringement of the User's right to the protection of personal data, the User may turn to a court against the Data Controller.
Investigation by the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Under Section 27 of the Hungarian Data Protection Act, anyone may turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság) if, in their opinion, an infringement has occurred in connection with the processing of their personal data, or there is an imminent danger of such an infringement, unless court proceedings are already in progress in the matter. No one may suffer any disadvantage because of a report made to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Reporting parties are entitled to the same protection as whistle-blowers acting in the public interest.
