We carry out full general contracting for detached houses and apartment buildings, complete renovations, structural construction, masonry work, thermal insulation, paving and demolition. On larger projects we also work as a subcontractor on individual trades.

We work primarily in the Central Transdanubian region and in Budapest. If your project is located outside this area, please get in touch – we will see whether we can take it on.

The first step is getting in touch: describe what you need using the form, by phone or by e-mail. This is followed by an on-site survey and a personal consultation, after which we prepare the detailed cost plan and the project schedule. If the framework suits you, we sign the contract on that basis.

The price is determined together by the plans, the on-site conditions and the chosen technical content – this is why we always provide an itemised cost plan rather than a verbally estimated figure. This way you can see in advance what costs what, and what to expect in the next phase. Our prices are competitive on the market.

Yes. We provide the statutory warranty and guarantee for the work carried out, and the manufacturer's warranty applies to the materials installed. The details are always set out in the contract.

Every project has a responsible contact person who follows the work from start to finish. We keep you regularly informed about where the construction stands, what the next step is and when a decision is needed from you. Transparent communication is not an extra for us, it is part of the basic service.

This depends on the size of the project and the technical content. We can give an exact schedule once the survey and the plans are available – but we undertake to keep the deadlines set out in the contract, and to inform you in good time if anything could cause a delay.

Yes. Thanks to our own staff and our established subcontractor network, we also take on partial works on larger projects – typically structural construction, masonry work, thermal insulation and demolition. If you need capacity, contact us using the details on the Partners page.
